Instructions for Use:
Firmly plant your feet on both edges of the board. Make sure to step on the textured circles. Use it as your guide where to place your feet.
For safety, hold a chair or any stable object on your first try. Step on to the board and try to check if you can balance yourself.
Twist slowly. Do a right to left movement. Sway backward and forward. Feel your board.
Once you are confident enough to move on top of your board, slowly twist around. Twist from your core or hips and start having fun!
