What I like most about this set is that it's graduated from easy to harder resistance. So you can start at whatever point is best for you (I chose medium) and then work up to the stiffer bands. I appreciate that they are color coded so it's easy to grab the right one from a dark workout bag.

I’m an avid weightlifter and gym goer. Recently moved to a small town with no decent gym and stuck working out at home. Unfortunately I’m very limited on space also. Kinda skeptical on incorporating bands because of bad experiences in the past with them. Very happy when I received these I used the “heavy” for basic squats, hip thrusters and kick backs, they did great! Stayed securely in place, enough elasticity, they travel bag is small enough to fit in a purse, and no tearing! Very excited to be incorporating these a few times a week for some extra burn.

I am incredibly impressed with these resistance loops! I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor so I am always looking for reasonably priced fitness gear that isn’t going to break after two uses. I have definitely gone through my fair share of these loops and have yet to see them this thick! These things are really durable.

Great product to shape the butt, enough resistance to actually make the muscles work & burn . I have been using them for three months while doing exercises to lift & shape my butt , I’m seeing a difference after these three months (this kind of change does not happen overnight , it takes will power to go ahead & work out after coming home from work ! Sucks , but it’s true! ) My booty is defiantly looking tighter & I can’t wait to see more progress. For the price you can’t beat these bands , they don’t stink of nasty rubber or anything . It’s like having a little gym in a bag that you can take anywhere . With a proper diet & using these bands you will see a difference . Pinterest has tons of videos of workout routines using resistance bands that you can look up , so there you go .

I use the “heavy”, “x-heavy”, and “too heavy” bands for my workouts. They’re thick so they don’t roll down and are great high-resistance bands for a variety of moves. The bands are comfortable on bare skin as well!

Ladies, like you, I've used quite a few glute bands to help me shape my booty and I've been disappointed with some of the ones that I have found before. I've had them roll up on me, stretch out after a few uses or leave a color stain on my favorite lululemon leggings. Not these from B and F! They come in cute color themes with 5 levels of booty breaking resistance. I've used them several times with squats, crab walks and side kicks and they stay perfectly in place for me to finish my sets. I know I will have these for a while. I'm soooo glad I found these.
